This hotel offers spacious rooms with convenient amenities, a friendly staff, and easy check-in. The complimentary breakfast is satisfactory, though the hot breakfast option fell short. The proximity to shopping and major highways is a plus. A quiet stay can be expected, aside from a few hiccups in service. A solid choice for travelers.

The room is reasonably spacious with an exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. It offers marvellous location so close to Galveston.

We think it's a nice comfy base for staying in Pearland. The employees are helpful and professional. The location is favourable, in the Houston area. Plus, this hotel is adjacent to Galveston. Will be back when in Pearland, it's dope!

cleanliness, curtain separation, spacious layout

The cleaning service failed to address the onion smell effectively!!! The price discrepancy between bookings and the hotel left a sour taste!!! Transparency in pricing would improve the experience !!!

It all depends on your needs

The staff was friendly , and check-in took mere minutes. Breakfast offered a solid variety, including delicious coffee and hearty grits. The lobby's ambiance was perfect.

Limited amenities were disappointing, especially with a small pool area and only two washers available. One washer was out of service.

The spacious Queen Studio with Two Queen Beds was impressively clean, with no unpleasant odors. The unique curtain separating the couch from the beds added privacy. Breakfast offered a great variety, though coffee and grits could be improved. The staff was friendly yet not particularly helpful with facility issues.

The Queen studio was super spacious and clean. Beds were comfy with NO weird smells, such a plus. Loved the privacy curtain between the beds and couch. The room had air conditioning, microwave, and a nice seating area. Gym was well-equipped too! Breakfast had a good variety, just wish the coffee was better.

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was cute. I liked the spaciousness of the King Studio Suite, as it provided comfort for my family. The area offered plenty of shopping choices. I appreciated the variety in the complimentary breakfast, although I wish there were more healthier options available.

Staff were kind and attentive. The room was spacious with two queens, perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. Make sure to grab breakfast right at opening for the best selection. We loved the kitchenette, made snacks easy to prepare!

Everything was nice, loved my stay there. Booked a room with an extremely comfy bed, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and coffee/tea making equipment. the staff were helpful and professional. the location was favorable in the Houston area. I was there for 1 night and will be back.
